Help Me Connect Webinars
Minnesota Help Me Connect is an online navigator under development that is designed to help providers connect pregnant individuals and families with young children (birth – 8 years old) with services available in their local communities. The navigator was developed based on community-level recommendations from a central intake work group, navigator focus groups, early childhood provider interviews, and tribal consultation. This system will support local providers who have trusted relationships with young families to locate available services in the community and make referrals. See attached handout for additional information about the Help Me Connect.

Each module includes topical content (Watch It/Read It), a summary of the main ideas (Know It), a self-assessment (Recall It), opportunities to reflect (Think About It), and implementation strategies (Try It).
